MULTIFUNCTION BENCH TO COOK, CONCENTRATE IN VACUUM, FRY LIGHTLY, MIX IN VACUUM, COOK AT ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE, PASTEURIZE/STERILIZE UP TO 135°C.
