HARDENING VAT

The hardening vat is used to execute the hardening of spun paste for cheeses (mozzarelle, scamorze, caciocavalli, silani).

Made entirely of thick.stainless steel AISI 304.

Equipped with:
> Stainless steel VAT with polished edges;
> total drain with ball valve;
> nylon rotating wheels on a stainless steel support.

OPTIONAL:
> Internal removable divider in stainless steel
