THE ADVANTAGES OF THE STERY2000:
TOUCH SCREEN E DATALOGGER
The touch screen control panel, with dedicated software, is intuitive and functional, allows you to simultaneously control both tanks, to modify any type of parameter and to carry out the processes completely automatically by following the algorithms F0 – F100 – F71 or by manually entering time and temperature parameters. The integrated DATALOGGER stores all the data relating to the process, makes them downloadable through a USB interface and creates a time/temperature graph relating to each individual process.
The ability to connect to the internet through the ethernet socket allows you to always have new updates of the system management software available.
The remote control via smartphone, tablet or PC allows to carry out work even without the presence of the operator staff inside the laboratory. In fact, we can interact with the touch screen interface of the system through any device that has an internet connection as if we were in direct contact with the system. This function also allows you to keep under control everything the system is doing at any time.
DOUBLE PROBE AT THE HEART OF THE PRODUCT
The double probe for detecting product temperatures, in addition to making the process safer, ensures the continuous running of the processes even in the event of breakage or malfunction of one of the two probes.
NO HEAT STRATIFICATION
A study done with more than 50 temperature probes positioned at different points inside the autoclave shows that there is no stratification of heat, very common within traditional vertical autoclaves. This uniformity of temperatures translates into greater safety, quality and standardization of the processed product.
COOLING SYSTEM WITH SPRAYERS
In the STERY2000, cooling at the end of the process is carried out thanks to a special water nebulizing system. Compared to a traditional flood cooling system, this is much more efficient, takes place in shorter times, has reduced water consumption and guarantees a final product of superior quality.
The use of the integrated boiler for the production of saturated steam leads to a reduction in heating times during the process, greater efficiency of the same, a reduction in electricity and water costs and, consequently, a reduction in production costs.
All water, steam and air loading and unloading valves are fully automatic and equipped with safety systems. In this way, the process times are significantly speeded up, allowing to carry out machining operations even in the absence of the operating personnel.
NO NEED FOR HOIST
The practical wheeled basket, equipped with removable and adjustable shelves and built entirely in stainless steel, significantly speeds up the loading and unloading operations of the system, also avoiding an additional expense for the purchase of an electric hoist.
REDUCED ELECTRIC ABSORPTION
Electricity consumption is among the lowest in its category, only 10 Kw / h. With the STERY2000, production costs are minimized without affecting process times.
In the event of voltage drops or interruption of the electricity supply, the STERY2000 is equipped with a buffer battery which avoids the loss of data relating to the work in progress and keeps the touchscreen panel active for over 4 hours.
